Unfortunately not a good experience. I chose an arrangement in a specific colour from the selection on the website. I specifically requested a next day delivery. First issue was that there was an additional £5 to pay on top of the delivery charge as it was outside their normal area ( I had selected a local florist) then on the day I was contacted by the florist to say that unfortunately they couldn't deliver on the day selected it would be the day after as the lady who did the flowers had injured herself. On the following day I was contacted by the florist to say that they couldn't make the arrangement selected as they didn't have the flowers needed nor the colour of box necessary. She stated I don't know why they put these images up as we only can do based on what we have in stock. Nevertheless I was promised a beautiful arrangement - I had said it was for a special thank you so I was okay with leaving it with her to put a suitable arrangement together based upon the original selection. Unfortunately the photo I was sent by the florist of the arrangement that was delivered was very disappointing and bore absolutely no resemblance to a florist arrangement - it just looked like a few bunches of supermarket flowers. All I could hope was that the photo didn't do it any favours. It certainly didn't represent the cost paid. I try to buy locally but on this occasion it was not a good idea
